What I Eat For a Race Day Breakfast
Nothing has fueled me better than my oatmeal on the morning of a race...specifically old fashioned oats, vanilla soymilk...cook the oatmeal until soft and then stir in 2 tbsp peanut butter and some fruit (this time I did banana...dried cranberries and dried blueberries have also been good).
